With the support of our technologically advanced, German team, Shengda has developed and introduced a world-leading butt fusion machine production line into our workshops. This production line has integrated process manufacturing and online testing. It will adapt to the production standards required by many countries. Its function is to detect, record and analyze data automatically, and also to support the optimization of production efficiency and operations.
We have implemented the ERP system in production workshops. The Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) modules work together to provide accurate planning and control of materials and products. Our workshops have a production area of approximately 10,000 square meters. They are divided into several regions, according to their applications. We run our equipment accessories through a series of procedures. Testing is conducted on these accessories immediately after they are sent into our workshop. Dedicated operators work together, awaiting your product order.
At Shengda, we have established two massive warehouses. One for storage of a diverse range of fusion machines. The other warehouse is designed to store all necessary equipment parts, which can guarantee the overall performance of our equipment. The warehouses have meticulous managers that continually check the condition of products and their location in the warehouse, this adds up to better quality and fast delivery, two great advantages for our clients.
Production area on the third floor is built for small equipment. We have multiple working stations available for continuous production. The number of our employees varies with the yield, which contributes to a higher level of flexibility and also makes production easier and more efficient than previously.
Hot melt welding machine production line
Our company, with the support of a German team, introduced Rosenberg's world-leading production line for integrated process production and online testing to adapt to multinational production standards. It is also equipped with automatic detection, data recording and analysis, supporting the optimization of production efficiency and operations.
The production area of the workshop is about 10,000 square meters, which is divided into different sections according to the function.
Equipment test on the first floor
An ERP system is fully implemented in the production workshop, along with MPS and MRP module managing the plans and materials. Multiple modules will optimize the operational process.
We run our equipment accessories through a series of procedures. Testing is conducted on these accessories immediately after they are sent into our workshop. Dedicated operators work together, awaiting your product order.
There are two large warehouses in the workshop, one of which is filled with a variety of welding equipment. The warehouse keepers are responsible for the arrangement and inspection of all products, as the warehouse is designed and strictly managed in order to store all necessary equipment parts. This ensures the overall performance of all equipment.
The third floor is primarily used for the production of small-sized equipment. Multiple stations can produce equipment without interruption. The number of our employees varies with the amount of production, which contributes to a higher level of flexibility, as well as making production easier and more efficient.
